When we decided to sell our home, we interviewed four well known West side realtors. Of the four, Krystal was the most prepared with pricing comparisons, list/sold information, market conditions and dynamics specific to the west side, and what she would do to market our home. Picking the listing price is nerve racking. Two of the other realtors we interviewed would have had us list $200,000 to $300,000 below what Krystal recommended – and then the negotiations would start. Going with them, we could have ended up $300,000 to $400,000 below where we did.  Working with Krystal we got very close to full listing price.

 

We have bought and sold homes in Vancouver, Chicago, and San Diego, and by far Krystal has been the best realtor. She totally works with your best interest at heart, does what she says she will do, and always communicates in a clear, consistent and timely fashion. We particularly liked that Krystal herself was at all of the open house showings, instead of an assistant. She is hands on all the way through the process.
